The Reiki energy builds up each time you have a treatment, It is cumulative, which is why it is recommended to receive Reiki regularly to kick-start your self-healing ability.
This universal life force energy is available to everyone and during the treatment the energy flows through me to you, going to whatever part of your body needs it the most.
