First things first, take out all of your items from your wooden box.

Take the white tea light and burn the palo santo for 30 to 1 min. Blow out the flame and the palo stick should emit a steady stream of smoke.Then, smudge the space that you are working in.

With the palo santo stick in hand, circle your items with smoke. Take your crystal out of your bag and smudge it.

Now take the essential oil and add a few drops to your palm, take the chime candle and anoint the candle by rubbing it back and forth. Close your eyes and visualize fire. Feel the heat brew within you.

Place the candle in a safe place and sit in front of it, while holding the crystal that you just cleared.

Close your eyes and take 10 deep breaths. Take some time to watch the flame, see it dance and flicker. Study the fire, you are now resonating with it.

Take out a piece of paper and write down the things you would do if the fear of failure did not exist. What would you accomplish? What are passions? What gives you purpose?

When done, take the paper and fold it hamburger style towards you. Rotate that paper clockwise and fold it again towards you. Repeat until you get a small square that will lie flat on its own.

Take your fire element crystal and place it on top of your folded paper and place the crystal on top of it next to the lit chime candle.

Take another 5 deep breaths, filling your lungs and exhaling from your mouth. Visualize with each breath out, releasing your fear. Let it go. It no longer serves you.

Keep the flame lit for at least one hour. During that time resonate within the energy of the fire. You are LIT!
