First things first, take out all of your items from your wooden box.

Take the white tea light and burn the palo santo for 30 to 1 min. Blow out the flame and the palo stick should emit a steady stream of smoke.

With the palo santo stick in hand, circle your items with smoke. Take your crystal out of your bag and smudge it. Then, smudge the space that you are working in.

Now take the essential oil and add a few drops to your palm, take the chime candle and anoint the candle by rubbing it back and forth. Close your eyes and visualize waves of the ocean. Feel the eb and flow of the ocean within you.

Place the candle in a safe place and sit in front of it, while holding the crystal that you just cleared. Close your eyes and take about 5-10 deep breaths or until you feel relaxed.

Fill a bowl with water and place it in front of the candle. Put one hand over the bowl of water(holding the crystal in the other and recite: “This water will heal me now. It will cleanse away my worries, wash away my anxieties and restore my mind, body, and soul. This stone in my hand will ground me to the earth and connect me to the seas, it will protect my energy and restore my confidence in myself, in my life, and in my journey to come.”

Take your essential and put a few drops on the water along with your crystal.

Light your chime candle and take out a piece of paper. Write down how you feel. Are you happy? Sad? Is there something weighing down your heart? What feelings do you want to feel in the future? What do you want to release?

Place your paper to the side, some place where it won’t get wet. Take your hands and dip them in the water, springle yourself with your blessed water. Be sure to put water on your third eye and heart or anywhere else you feel you need healing energy.

When done, take the paper and fold it hamburger style towards you. Rotate that paper clockwise and fold it again towards you. Repeat until you get a small square that will lie flat on its own.

Take your water element crystal out the water, dry it off,and place it on top of your folded paper and place the crystal on top of it next to the lit chime candle.

Take another 5 deep breaths, filling your lungs and exhaling from your mouth. Visualize with each breath out, releasing those heavy feelings you are carrying. Let it go. It no longer serves you.

Leave the candle lit for an hour or so and snuff it out. You are done. Thank the universe for it’s unconditional love and guidance.

You can keep the water for future use by pouring a little alcohol in the water to keep it fresh and store in a glass mason jar with a tight lid. If you don’t wish to keep the water, you can return it to the Earth.
